ABOUT

Caroline Pekle & Whole Woman Care

My relationship with women's health began long before I ever imagined working in this field...

As a young woman, I struggled with my health, hormones, weight and spent years looking for real support. I consulted endocrinologists, gynecologists, psychologists, and different health professionals. The tests were "normal", the results were inconclusive, often hearing “it must be in your head, just relax…”, needless to say that my questions were not answered.

In my twenties, I was diagnosed with advanced cervical dysplasia linked to HPV and was advised to undergo cervical ablation. I clearly knew that this was not the path I wanted to take, instead, I sought support in traditional Chinese medicine and began exploring my inner world as well as different approaches to health and healing rooted in ancestral knowledge and wisdom.

Years later, after the birth of my first child, I experienced secondary infertility. Once again, I was told that everything looked normal. After several years without conceiving, IVF was the only recommendation I could get and that was a big NO for me: if my body cannot welcome life, there must be something deeper that need tending.

I needed to know why my body was not conceiving in the first place. Once again I found some answer but only years later when facing a deeper health crisis… In 2020, I became frequently unwell, gained more than 25 kilos over a year, lost my hair, lost my menstrual cycle for almost two years and began experiencing plethora of symptoms: from sleepless nights, to extreme exhaustion, blood sugar imbalance and the first stage of a very painful vaginal prolapse.

This was the start of relentless inquiries, working with various holistic practitioners and body workers, and myself taking part in various trainings to understand and regain my health.

Today more than having reclaiming my health in many aspect (my period return at age 41 after being told that I was menopausal, I ovulate regularly, I extended my cycle from 21 to 28 days, I have lost 10 kilos with no restriction, enjoying every bite of food I am cooking…) I have regained my vital force, my joy for life, my faith in the future.

And I know that I am still on my journey to regeneration, I am still learning, I am still refining, and now I am doing that with joy as I can share my experience and knowledge with the many women in similar situation seeking for true sustainable support.

My approach

Over the years, I have realised that what I do best is connect the dots. The range of trainings have help me to understand that a woman is complex -not complicated!- and plural. When a woman comes to me, I am looking at the whole picture. I look at her life, her relationship and her heart before looking into hormones, metabolism, symptoms… Because these shape health and from there all the pieces influence each other.

Often, women have already gathered a lot of information. They have seen different practitioners, tried different approaches, had tests done, read books, listened to podcasts, and spent years searching for answers. What is often missing is someone who can look at them and help make sense of it all. Someone who can step back, see the patterns, and connect the pieces together. This is where I feel most at home and what I am now transmitting in my online classes.

In my work I understand symptoms as a language the body speaks, one that so many women were never taught to understand, or to speak. More than being a translator myself, I remind women of their own language.

Every woman is different, which is why I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My role is to help women understand and learn about their bodies, so they can make informed choices and become active participants in their own health and wellbeing.

My methodology

Over the years, my work has evolved into a holistic framework that supports women in understanding and caring for their health through four interconnected pillars. While every woman is unique, these pillars create a foundation from which meaningful and lasting change can emerge.

Together, these pillars support women in becoming active participants in their own wellbeing and vitality.

Nutrition & Lifestyle

The food we eat, the rhythms we keep, and the choices we make each day shape our hormonal health, energy, metabolism, fertility, and wellbeing.

Movement & touch

The fascia and lymphatic are shaping our health. Movement practice, posture, bodywork, and conscious touch help us reconnect with the wisdom of our body and create the conditions for vitality and healing.

Nervous System & Soul

Stress, emotions, relationships, life experiences, and our sense of purpose all influence how we experience health. Supporting the nervous system and being in connection with our soul are key elements for restoring vitality.

Knowledge & Wisdom

Understanding female physiology and cyclicality empowers women to make informed decisions. Beyond knowledge, cultivating a deeper relationship with our body and soul connect us with the wisdom of our own inner knowing.

My mission

My mission is to support women in reclaiming their Life to the fullest through their health, their relationship with their bodies, and most of all their sovereignty. There are too many women doubting themselves. Too many of us being taught to ignore the symptoms, to disconnect from our cyclical nature, or to hand over authority to systems that often fail to see the whole picture.

I believe women deserve access to knowledge, practical tools, and supportive spaces that help them understand their bodies and participate actively in their own wellbeing. With this work, you not only improve symptoms, you learn to cultivate a different relationship with yourself. A relationship that is rooted in awareness, presence, responsibility, trust, and informed choice.

When women reclaim this relationship, the benefits extend far beyond the individual: They ripple through families, communities, and future generations. And this is the mission I carry at heart with Whole Woman Care.

My apprenticeship

Prior to fully diving in the world of health and wellbeing, I studied and work as a visual artist and teaching art to children (mostly teenagers) with special needs.

After becoming a mom, I have trained in Ayurveda with a specialisation in women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum through Campus Naturalis Berlin and the Rosenberg Academy, Germany. I trained and worked as a post-partum doula in my studio-base practice in Berlin.

I have also trained in Reiki Usui and spend years studying core shamanism following the work of Michael Harner and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.

I have also trained in permaculture and traditional beekeeping, I used to tend to bees.

And over the years, I have learned from the work and research of many practitioners and educators, including:

Nutrition & metabolism: Natasha Campbell-McBride, Morley Robbins

Bodywork & fascia: Mantak Chia, Martin Beaudoin, Lindsay Courcelle, Ellen Heed, Tom Mayers

Nervous system & soul: Irene Lyon, Kimberly Ann Johnson, Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, Bill Plotkin

Hormonal & metabolic health: Lara Briden, Nicole Jardim, Sarah Kleiner, Kristin Hauser, Christiane Northrup, Lisa Mosconi

Today, I bring together years of training, research and direct experience supporting women through complex health challenges and life transitions.

My work is rooted in the understanding that women's health cannot be reduced to a single symptom, diagnosis or protocol. It requires us to look at the whole woman and the many factors that shape her wellbeing.

In my practice I create clarity within the overload of modern health information and help women reconnect with the intelligence of their body.
